Botany's Breath

Experience the Conservatory in a new and beautiful way.

The Conservatory of Flowers and Epiphany Productions Sonic Dance Theater jointly present Botany’s Breath, an inspiring site-specific dance work with live music and video that will take you on a transformative journey inside and outside of our historic greenhouse.

Botany's Breath at the Conservatory of Flowers

The Conservatory itself will serve as stage, "performer" and projection screen, as audiences are led by dancers and musicians through its steamy and tropical plant-filled rooms - each a uniquely nuanced ecosystem - then outside onto the surrounding grounds.

Botany's Breath is both a celebration of the spiritual, symbiotic relationship between plants and humans, and a cautionary tale revealing the perils of taking our environment for granted.

Don't miss this incredible and ambitious performance!
